This Spring I hosted a frozen meal party. It was my first organized party ever. I am far too neurotic to be a hostess with the mostest.

But I’d heard about a business that was making inexpensive frozen meals you could pick up. Since we lived thirty minutes from the business I was never in the area to pick one up and try it out for supper.

I looked at her website and saw that the business offered parties and she would come to your house to prep ten freezer meals as long as you had ten women sign up. I put it out on social media and instantly had 22 people wanting in. It was a smashing success.

I loved all of the meals and it was so luxurious not having to spend a lot of time cooking during our most busy season. I have all the recipes from my party, courtesy to all attendees, and use them frequently! This experience has opened my eyes to meal prepping! I don’t spend a precious hour during weeknights in front of the stove. Instead, I meal prep on my weekends to get ready for the coming week.
I am often cooking when we are ho

me on the weekends or setting up our crockpot to do the heavy lifting when we aren’t home. I love having our meals for the week decided on and only have to come up with a side to go with the meat we have prepared.
Today I am prepping South Carolina Pulled Pork and Orange Chicken.
