12.High-speed internet

Welcome to our blog! This little blog is a love piece about our family and our life in rural America. I am fully aware that my family may be the only visitors to this site, but just in case you aren’t my Mother, mozy on over to the “Contact US” page and introduce yourself.

I can bet you a ten spot that if we met in person, I would talk your ear off. It is a midwestern thing, nosiness and connecting with others through possible shared experiences.  I’d likely ask you intrusive questions to see if we have anything in common, even if I strike out horribly.

It’s like seven degrees of separation- country style. This may not be how people operate where you come from, but this is a pretty typical exchange around these parts. Call it quaint, quirky, or weird. But connectedness is what you’ll find when you are Raising Rural.

Love,

Stef
